Debra Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides behavioral health services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in November 2020. Debra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Mercyhurst College, Erie, PA. She earned her Master of Social Science Administration from Case Western University, Cleveland, OH.
Kimberly Deutsch is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides behavioral health services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in December 2020. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Kaplan University, Davenport, IA, and her Masters of Nursing degree with a Psychiatric Mental Health concentration from Walden University, Minneapolis, MN.
Hillary Wisniewski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides behavioral health services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in November 2020. Hillary earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Clarion University, Clarion, PA. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Edinboro University, Edinboro, PA.
Dr. Beary provides adult psychiatry services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in September 2020. Dr. Beary earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie, PA. She completed her adult psychiatry residency program at Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI.
Dr. Krause provides adolescent and adult psychiatry services for Primary Health Network. He joined PHN in August 2020. Dr. Krause earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton, FL. He completed his combined General/Child and Adolescent psychiatry residency program at East Carolina University with Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC.
