Dr. Fullerton earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie, PA, and completed his Family Practice residency training at UPMC St. Margaret Family Medicine Residency Program, Pittsburgh, PA. He is dual board certified in Family Practice by the American College of Osteopathic Physicians and the American Board of Family Medicine.
