Shane M. Heckman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides behavioral health services for Primary Health Network. He joined PHN in January of 2010. Shane earned a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Messiah University in Grantham, PA. He went on to earn his Masters Degree in Social work from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY.
