Rebecca Eber is a Registered Dental Hygienist who provides Dental Hygiene services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in 2004, following several years as part of care teams at other private practices in the area. She received her certificate in Dental Hygiene from the University of Pittsburgh and completed coursework toward a Bachelor's degree at both Gannon University and Youngstown State University.
