Dr. Saba graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry, Washington, DC., and completed his general practice residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Youngstown, OH.
