PHN Achieves Continued Accreditation & PCMH Certification

We are excited to share that we have once again earned full accreditation in both Behavioral Health and Ambulatory Care from The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Additionally, we have received our Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) certification, further reinforcing our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care across the communities we serve.

Since our first accreditation in 1997, PHN has consistently met and exceeded The Joint Commission’s rigorous standards during every evaluation. This year marks our ninth reevaluation, reaffirming that we continue to provide exceptional healthcare services in our region.
