Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

Instructions:
- Rinse the quinoa in cold water.
