Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chili powder, lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread a little bit of the chili lime butter over each ear of corn.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender.
- Remove the corn from the grill and unwrap. Serve with additional chili lime butter on the side.
