Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chili Lime Butter

Enjoy the perfect summer side dish with our Grilled Corn on the Cob, smothered in zesty Chili Lime Butter for a burst of flavor in every bite

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chili powder, lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
  • Spread a little bit of the chili lime butter over each ear of corn.
  • Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
  • Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender.
  • Remove the corn from the grill and unwrap. Serve with additional chili lime butter on the side.
