In today’s fast-paced business world, it can be easy to overlook the value of taking the time to get to know your employees. While it may seem like a small detail, understanding our team members on a personal level is a corner stone of the culture here at Primary Health Network.
Let’s meet Patty ! Patty is a current PHN employee working in our Clinical Services Department as a Clinical Services Scheduling Assistant.
I came to the Primary Health Network after 45 years at an area hospital. The Cancer Center closed and here I was looking for a job. A very good friend of mine told me there was a position open at PHN as a Covid Vaccine Scheduler. I interviewed and got the job. That was the beginning of a very wonderful experience. Starting from the very beginning here everyone I have had contact with has been very nice. Everyone makes you feel like family. My bosses make me feel very much appreciated. I feel they value my many years of experience and are so helpful as I go along learning new things. When we go out and work with the public doing vaccine clinic’s I am very proud to say I work at PHN. There are many perks to working here but being appreciated and valued as an employee is the best. Primary Health Network has been a very good fit for me.
