Williams’s distinguished career showcases exceptional leadership across diverse healthcare settings and populations. Her notable achievements in program evaluation and process improvement underscore her strategic insight into business operations and program development. Her tenure as Vice President of Health Services at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio demonstrates her ability to drive innovation and deliver results.
A Seamless Transition with Our New Chief Operating Officer-Elect
Williams will work closely with Joseph Montone, who has served as Primary Health Network’s Chief Operating Officer since 2017 until his retirement. Throughout Montone’s extensive two-decade tenure, he adeptly navigated various positions within Primary Health Network, starting as Vice President of Clinical Services in 2005, then as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources in 2014, and subsequently as Vice President of Operations in 2015 before being elevated to Chief Operating Officer in 2017. Montone has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s operations and strategies, pivotal in its continued success in meeting the community’s healthcare needs.
